- We offer delivery across India to bring Karshan Collections straight to your doorstep.
- For international orders, please contact us directly on WhatsApp.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Dispatch typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on product availability.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time. We’ll inform you of the expected dispatch time at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applied to all orders.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
- You can track your order on our website or via the courier partner’s platform.
5. Lost or Undelivered Orders
- If your parcel is lost during transit, we will assist in resolving it with the courier.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping costs may apply.
6. Damaged Deliveries
- If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 24 hours.
- A 360° unboxing video showing the parcel and shipping label is required for review.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.
